CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

With four decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, Mark's track record extends over 2,000 wells globally. He served as the Vice President of Operations for Greystone Oil & Gas, LP between 2010 and 2015, during which time he initiated Greystone’s Devonian redevelopment program.

As the founder and CEO of Blue Tip Energy, Mark demonstrated exceptional fundraising skills, securing $172 million in equity capital for industry projects. His work has taken him to various international locations, including Sumatra, Poland, Columbia, and Western Siberia, where he contributed to diverse oil and gas ventures.

Mark, a certified Wellbore Integrity and Facility Compliance Engineer, specializes in Carbon Capture, Use, and Sequestration projects. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers for 35 years.

VICE PRESIDENT OF GEOLOGY

Michael brings over 40 years of oil and gas industry knowledge to the table, having held integral roles at Greystone Oil & Gas and Anadarko Petroleum. His distinguished career includes serving as Director of A&D, Senior Geologist, and Geologic Manager.

During his tenure at Anadarko Petroleum, Michael successfully managed a budget of $300 million and oversaw a 13-rig program. He has demonstrated his versatility by working extensively in various regions of the United States, including the Gulf of Mexico, Williston Basin, Anadarko Basin, and Rocky Mountains.

Michael is a Certified Petroleum Geologist and has participated in over 1,000 hours of technical training on cutting-edge software such as Landmark 3D/2D, SMT Kingdom, and Petra.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Eric is a highly experienced petroleum engineer with 21 years in the oil and gas industry, specializing in hydraulic fracturing and reservoir engineering.

As a Senior Technical Advisor at GEODynamics, he played a key role in identifying innovative technologies and intellectual property to support the company’s growth. Before that, as VP of Engineering at FractureID, he built a revenue-generating engineering consultancy division and streamlined data processing workflows, contributing to a 174% compound annual growth rate.

Earlier in his career, Eric helped triple Integrated Petroleum Technologies’ size in three years while maintaining technical excellence. At Halliburton, he served as a global operations manager, expanding coiled tubing stimulation services across 11 countries.

Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a Registered Professional Petroleum Engineer in multiple states. He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and has co-authored numerous technical papers while teaching industry courses.

ADVISOR / GEOLOGY AND OPERATIONS

Aric has trained and worked in various technical disciplines, including petrophysics, reservoir engineering, and commercial roles with BP exploration for 25 years across the United States (Alaska), Europe (Scotland), the Middle East (Kuwait), and Russia (within TNK-BP). In addition, he has worked in several technical Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive roles in Russia, the Czech Republic, Georgia, and Ukraine.

Aric has led and contributed to many large greenfield and brownfield development and reservoir management studies, as well as unconventional development programs, most recently in Russia. He has led mergers and acquisitions technical evaluation teams, and contributed to technical teams developing scenarios for major fund raising efforts. Most recently he has been leading teams to evaluate CO2 capture and subsurface storage as per the CO2 Strategic Resources Management System (SRMS) guidelines and the ISO 27914 standard.
